Products can be ordered online below. When you check out,
major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover and Paypal can be used for payment.
When you place an order for syrup,
please specify what grade syrup you are ordering, Grade A
Light Amber, Medium Amber
or Dark Amber in the notes section when you
are final confirming your order. On the last screen when you
are final confirming your order, below the List of Items will
be a link labeled "enclose note
card / syrup color".
Light Amber, is very light and has a mild,
more delicate maple flavor. It is usually made earlier in
the season when the weather is colder. This is the best grade
for making maple candy and maple cream.
Medium Amber, is a bit darker, and has a
bit more maple flavor. It is the most popular grade of table
syrup, and is usually made after the sugaring season begins
to warm, about mid-season.
Dark Amber, is darker yet, with a stronger
maple flavor. It is usually made later in the season as the
days get longer and warmer.
